Kendra Jepsen is an experienced Nevada attorney with deep roots in Northern Nevada. She earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before returning to Reno to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Egan Walker of the Second Judicial District Court.

During her clerkship, Judge Walker served in both the Family Division and General Jurisdiction Division, giving Kendra valuable experience with a broad range of legal matters and a unique perspective on the judicial process.

​

Following her clerkship, Kendra practiced family law with Marilyn York. She later joined Simons Hall Johnston, where she spent several years gaining valuable experience in civil and business litigation and personal injury law.

​

A lifelong Northern Nevadan aside from her time attending law school in Las Vegas, Kendra graduated from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School and received the Governor Guinn Millennium Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she was named to the Dean’s Academic Honor Roll for four consecutive semesters.

Kendra remains actively involved in the Northern Nevada community. She currently serves on the boards of the Nevada Women’s Fund and the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association. She also volunteers through the Lawyers in the Library program and provides other pro bono legal services.

Kendra brings her judicial experience, diverse litigation background, and longstanding connection to Northern Nevada to every matter, with an emphasis on practical guidance, thorough preparation, and effective advocacy.
